Except for the Quesadilla, I would charge about $13-$15 per item. Looks good.

I live in Arizona and some of these dishes can be bought for as little as $1.00, and then as high as $5.00 for one enchilada, taco, burrito, etc. I guess it simply depends on your overhead.
Of course, the camarones will be more expensive, but I still get shrimp tacos for $1.00 to $5.00 a piece depending upon where I go. The Americanized restaurants tend to ask more for items than the authentic places. Once again, probably overhead and the time involved to prepare the dish.
